Thomas Hawk is right. You are on to something. As I've written about in Publishing Hacks, http://netawaremedia.com/blog/2006/02/20/authors-at-the-center-of-the-publishing-universe/" rel="nofollow">putting the focus on authors will be one of the key differentiators from traditional publishing.
